一、论坛简介 Introduction to the Forum

2019 年浙江农林大学（中国杭州）国际青年学者论坛拟定于 12 月 27 日至 12 月 29 日召开。本次论坛旨在集聚海内外不同学术背景的优秀青年学者，通过专题报告、学术研讨、人才交流等形式，共同探讨国际科技前沿及研究热点，开拓学术视野，加强交流与合作，同时促进海内外青年学者对浙江农林大学的了解，吸引有志青年人才加盟浙江农林大学，携手共攀学术高峰。

论坛将设置一个主论坛和农林科学、生物环境科学、人文社会科学、理科和工科五个分论坛，诚邀海内外优秀青年学者报名参加。

The International Youth Scholars Forum of Zhejiang A&F University (Hangzhou, China) is scheduled to be held from December 27_th to December 29_th, 2019. This forum aims to gather outstanding young scholars from different academic backgrounds to discuss about international advanced research and focuses on the scientific and technological field, broadening academic horizons, strengthening exchanges and cooperation, and helping young scholars to understand and attract them to even be a member of Zhejiang A&F University for further academic achievements.

The forum will set up a main forum and five sub-forums of agriculture and forestry science, bio-environmental science, humanities and social sciences, and science and engineering. We sincerely welcome outstanding young scholars to attend this forum.

二、报名条件 Requirements

1.年龄一般不超过 40 周岁。

2.一般应取得博士学位，并具有 3 年以上海外学习或工作经历。

欢迎符合上述条件的人员报名，特别优秀者可不受年龄或工作时间限制。

1. Not elder than 40 years old in general.

2. Generally, you should have obtained a doctorate degree and have more than three years of overseas study or work experience.

People who meet the above requirements are welcome to sign up for this forum. Extraordinary talents are not subject to age or working experience requirements.

三、申请流程 Application Procedures

1.符合条件的青年学者请下载并填写《浙江农林大学 2019 年国际青年学者论坛报名表》和《浙江农林大学 2019 年国际青年学者论坛参会汇总表》。

2.报名表和个人简历请发至邮箱rsc@zafu.edu.cn，并注明邮件主题“意向学院(部)+姓名+青年学者论坛参会”。报名截止时间为 2019 年 11 月 10 日。

3.学校将分批向受邀学者发送正式邀请函（最迟为 11 月 30 日）。

4.受邀学者收到邀请函一周内填写回执并确认是否参会。

1. For eligible young scholars, please download and fill in the Application Form of the International Youth Scholars Forum 2019 of Zhejiang A&F University and the Summary Table of the International Youth Scholars Forum 2019 of Zhejiang A&F University.

2. Application form and resume should be sent to rsc@zafu.edu.cn with the subject “Desirable College (Department) +Name + Youth Scholars Forum”. The deadline for application is November 10th, 2019.

3. The school will send formal invitations to invite scholars in batches (no later than November 30).

4. The invited scholar will fill in the receipt within one week after receiving an invitation letter and confirm whether he or she will attend the meeting.

四、论坛日程 Schedule

1.12 月 27 日（周五）：报到；

2.12 月 28 日（周六）：开幕式、主题论坛、分论坛；

3.12 月 29 日（周日）：分领域交流、座谈、参观、闭幕式、离会。

1. December 27_th (Friday): Check in;

2. December 28_th (Saturday): Opening ceremony, theme forum and sub-forums;

3. December 29_th (Sunday): Exchange in different fields, discussion, visit, closing ceremony and ending.

五、交通及食宿 Transportation & Accommodation

受邀学者收到正式邀请函后自订机票或车票，我校按经济舱的标准予以实报实销往返机票或车票（报销的最高限额如下：欧美等地 2 万元/人，亚洲国家 1.5 万元/人、港澳台或内地 0.8 万元/人），论坛期间食宿由学校统一安排。

When invited scholars receive formal invitations and book their own plane tickets or bus tickets etc, our school will reimburse a round-trip plane tickets or public transportation tickets according to the standard of economy class (the maximum reimbursement limit is as follows: 20,000 yuan per person from Europe and America, 15,000 yuan per person from Asian countries, 8,000 yuan per person from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan or the Mainland). Accommodation and meals during the forum will be arranged by the school.

四类：海外优秀青年人才引进特殊支持计划人才（浙农林大[2019]2 号）；

六类：优秀国（境）外（副）教授；

七类：优秀教授；

八类：优秀博士、博士后和副教授。

First class: Academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Academicians of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and members of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences;

Second class: national special talents and talents at an equivalent level;

Third class: national special youth talents and talents at an equivalent level;

Fourth class: overseas outstanding young talents will be introduced as talents of the special support plan;

Fifth class: provincial special talents and talents at an equivalent level;

Sixth class: outstanding foreign professors;

Seventh class: outstanding professors;

Eighth class: excellent doctors, postdoctoral and associate professors.
